Acid Reflux Remedies

Probiotics - Taking probiotics can help your acid reflux and intestinal problems by improving digestion.

Barley Grass – Drink a cup of barley grass daily.

Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice or DGL - This is an extract of deglycyrrhizinated licorice and glycine, an amino acid.

Mastic Gum - It was originally used in the Middle East .

Pickle Juice - Pickle juice gives you immediate relief from your acid reflux.
