Cancer of Esophagus

There are two principle forms of esophageal cancer. They are identified, taken care of, and handle in comparable fashions. Each category of cancer starts in the cells of the internal lining of the esophagus:

Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus: This kind is frequently discovered in the lower part of the esophagus, close to the stomach. In America adenocarcinoma is the most widespread type of esophageal cancer. It has been escalating since the 1970's.
